Ravellos Restaurant

Ravello's Restaurant, located at the heart of the hotel, is popular with both hotel residents and people who live in the surrounding area. Andy Robertson, the Head Chef,  has composed an extensive A La Carte menu that reflects the use of fresh local produce within a range of European dishes.

Andy is passionate about producing freshly cooked, high quality dishes such as smoked salmon timbale with pickled beetroot, baby spinach and honey mustard dressing, salted sliced duck with kumquat chutney and a micro salad, cannon of Welsh lamb with sauteed spinach, pomme fondant, honey roast parsnips and pearl barley jus, fillet of Welsh beef with marinated tomato, grilled asparagus, dauphinoise and port wine sauce.

Delicious homemade desserts such as lemon tart, chocolate gateau and mandarin cheesecake are served daily as well as local Welsh ice cream.

The Traditional Carvery is always popular, particularly for Sunday Lunch, and consists of a selection of freshly cooked joints of Herefordshire Turkey, Sirloin of Beef and Leg of Welsh Lamb/Pork with a selection of 8 seasonal vegetables and potatoes.

A fully laden sweet trolley as well as list of A La Carte desserts completes the dining experience and of course there are always a selection of Welsh and Continental Cheeses available as well as traditional homemade desserts such as bread and butter pudding and fruit crumbles with custard.

A choice of wines from our extensive cellar complements any meal and of course, there is a fully stocked bar for all of your other requirements.

Ravello's is an ideal venue for all of your special occasions and is a popular venue for wedding Receptions as well as birthdays.

Ravello's restaurant warmly welcomes guests who are not staying at the hotel and complimentary live entertainment is provided every Friday and Saturday evening in the adjoining lounge area by our resident musicians, duos and trios.

Ravello's restaurant is fully non-smoking and can cater for many different dietry requirements. It is also situated on the ground floor of the hotel and is suitable for easy wheelchair access.

Should you have any queries, you may contact the Banqueting Office who will be delighted to assist you in any way.
